Hourly Rate: $23.04Providing Inspired Food & Beverage to highlight the destination we represent is one of our passions.  As a Food & Beverage Attendant for Kea Lani Restaurant, you will be a hospitality ambassador that will connect our guests to the delectable cuisine inspired by our diverse culture and island home. The support you provide to the multiple outlets, including table & supply maintenance, beverage service and food delivery will help us showcase our passion and accomplish our mission of turning moments into memories.Adhere to daily checklist and duties assignedAssist Servers in all aspects of the dining experience to include but not limited to running food, table maintenance and beverage serviceClear and reset tables in a timely manner while adhering to the State of Hawaii & EHC (Environmental Health Consultancy) food handling safety standardsEnsure the proper set up and break down of all side stations in the venueCheck service stations for necessary equipment and set upHave full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods for all food and beverage venues on propertyActively participate in monthly departmental sales promotionsOrganize time so all side work is completed according to shift demandMaintain atmosphere of aloha spirit by providing engaging, personalized, timely, and efficient service to our discerning guestsFocus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesSchedule: Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.
